Job Description
The Assistant Branch Operations Manager is responsible for learning all aspects of branch operations by assisting the Branch Operations Manager and providing day-to-day direction to team members.
Responsibilities
- In the absence of the Branch Operations Manager, assumes responsibility for day-to-day activities and operations of the branch.
- Reviews, understands, and follows company safety and security procedures, serving as a role model for compliance.
- Supports team members in their training and development, enabling immediate application to daily work.
- Maintains a customer service-oriented philosophy in all conduct.
- Assists the Branch Operations Manager in learning all functions of branch management, including operations, staffing, training, performance review, expense management, and budgeting.
- Uses vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely and courteously.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- Ability to read and write detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
Qualifications
Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse-related field.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Availability to open and close the warehouse Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed.
- Meet state-specific driver’s license requirements.

- Willing to learn all aspects of branch operations.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
- Understanding of P&L.
Education
- High school diploma or GED.
Certificates, Licenses
- Willing to obtain powered equipment certification.
- Must meet driver’s license requirements for company vehicle delivery duties.
Pay Range
USD $50,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
