Position Overview

Harris County Public Library (HCPL), established in 1921, has grown into a network of 26 branches, two technology centers, and two partner locations serving unincorporated Harris County and surrounding cities. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and promote youth programs and outreach initiatives
• Supervise staff and manage youth services operations

Qualifications
