Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Branch Manager, conducts daily team huddles.
• Meets performance goals as assigned.
• Promotes referrals to platform sales team with coaching.
• Manages branch operations and teller functions; informs Manager.
• Ensures prompt, accurate customer service per guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with policies and audits.
• Administers HR policies including hiring and salary reviews.
• Schedules staff within FTE guidelines and budget.
• Performs branch duties to ensure efficient service.
