Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a senior geotechnical engineering leader in the United States. The role includes mentoring CMT/geotechnical staff, reviewing and preparing geotechnical reports, and expanding client relationships to market our services.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of technical and managerial experience, with a PE license and an ABET-accredited civil engineering degree. This on-site leadership position emphasizes project oversight and staff development.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering; ABET accreditation considered.
• 10–15 years of technical and managerial experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

• Being a team builder with the ability to both bring in and do the work
• Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace
• Managing and mentoring of CMT/geotechnical engineering staff
• Working with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff and projects
• Senior level review and preparation of geotechnical reports
• Client and business development, as well as assisting other staff in marketing our services
• An affinity for marketing and business development

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering - other similar engineering degrees considered if program is ABET accredited
• 10-15 years of technical and managerial experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
