Business Unit: Retail Reports to: Varies Based On Assignment
Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for consistently meeting any and all customer asks within the retail branch environment and assisting with the management of the branch and sales team. The incumbent will develop and maintain a personal referral network, execute branch leads according to consumer bank standards, perform successful execution of all customer transaction requests, and effective conversion of transactions to qualified sales or referral leads. Incumbent will adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values.
