Job summary

Dexter is hiring for an Assistant Branch Manager to lead inventory controls and warehouse teams at the branch location. You will supervise daily operations, mentor staff, and work to ensure products are available when customers need them.

You’ll report to the Branch Manager and step in as acting Branch Manager as needed. The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree with at least 4 years of supervisory experience and demonstrates servant leadership, safety focus, and strong customer service

Qualifications

• Associate degree with at least 4 years of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading inventory controls and warehouse teams.
• Ability to prepare schedules and meet deadlines to ensure product readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inventory controls and warehouse teams at the branch.
• Coordinate and guide the team to ensure efficient, economical operations.
• Prepare schedules and set deadlines to ensure products are ready when customers need them.
• Report to the Branch Manager and act as Branch Manager in their absence.

In this role, you will be leading the inventory controls and warehouse teams at the branch. You will coordinate and guide the team to ensure efficient and economical accomplishment of Dexter’s mission and goals. In addition, you will prepare schedules and set deadlines to ensure that products are ready and available when our customers need them, making Dexter the company of choice.
You will report to the Branch Manager and will be the acting Branch Manager when they are out.

You will need an Associate degree with at least 4 years of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
