Job summary

Bethel School District in Spanaway, WA seeks qualified athletic coaches to lead school programs. Candidates must have proven coaching experience, knowledge of sports fundamentals, and be willing to support the entire athletic program.

Current First Aid/CPR cards are required, and training classes may be needed for hire. Head coaches must be 21+ and assistant coaches 19+, with fingerprint background checks and other standard district requirements.

Hepatitis B and HIV, receive vaccination for Hepatitis B if necessary, and take the district's class on sexual harassment training.

• Those recommended for hire will be fingerprinted for a background check.
• Pursuant to WIAA Regulations, Head coaches must be 21 years of age.
• Assistant coaches must be 19 years of age.
• Class room teacher is preferred but, not required.
