Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in implementing athletic policies.
• Stay knowledgeable about system, state, and league regulations and ensure consistent implementation.
• Collaborate with the head coach to establish the program's philosophy, skills, and techniques.
• Train and inform staff to promote professional growth through clinics and coaching education.
• Maintain discipline, address grievances, and foster morale among coaching staff.
• Assist in scheduling, transportation, and tournament arrangements.
• Prepare for practices and games, coordinating with facilities and staff.
• Document athletic injuries and ensure proper reporting within 24 hours.
• Direct student managers and assistants as needed.
• Support student athletes in college or higher education planning.
