• Previous coaching or playing experience preferred.

• Must meet coaching certification requirements.
• Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes.
• Emphasize development, effort, and enjoyment of the game.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with players, parents, officials and staff.
• Commit to the full junior high season schedule.
