Job summary

Total Spectrum, in partnership with LEARN Behavioral, seeks a bachelor’s-level ABA professional for a BCaBA role to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, under supervision, in a collaborative, person-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• BCaBA certification or exam within three months.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients.
• Supervise technicians and support staff as needed.
• Assist behavior analysts with protocol modification and assessments.
• Assist with family treatment guidance and treatment planning.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity.
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
• Follow guidelines for non-billable activities of the role.

Total Spectrum is looking for a bachelor's-level ABA professional to join us in providing high-quality, evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism. Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) have demonstrated expertise in behavior treatment and are committed to delivering individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment. BCaBAs assist behavior analysts in supervising cases, providing protocol modification, delivering treatment by protocol, and family treatment guidance.

• Supervision hours in progress or completed (as outlined by the BACB requirements)
• Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment

• Provide clinical direction to technicians, as-needed
• Assist behavior analysts in protocol modification, assessments, family treatment guidance, treatment planning and clinical programming

• Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
• Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
• Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
