This role requires high school level or higher coaching experience, familiarity with USCAA rules, and a clean driving record. Flexibility for day, evening, and weekend commitments is essential to support practices and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
• High school level or above baseball coaching experience required.
• Familiarity with USCAA rules and regulations a plus.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.”

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in all aspects of the baseball program.
• Recruit players and conduct tryouts for the team.
• Schedule, organize, supervise practices and games.
• Travel with the team; may drive vans to games.
• Promote academic success and monitor team eligibility.
• Flexible hours for practices and recruiting.
