Job summary

Regis University in Denver is seeking an Assistant Baseball Coach to support all facets of a Division II program. You will assist with recruiting, scouting, film analysis, game and practice prep, and student-athlete academic success under the Head Coach.

The role includes budget input, program fundraising, camps and clinics, compliance with NCAA and RMAC rules, and ongoing professional development. Bachelor's degree and NCAA experience preferred; willing to travel and lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in progress.
• NCAA/ RMAC regulations knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Division II programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching and scheduling games, practices, and conditioning.
• Recruit academically and athletically talented student-athletes.
• Monitor student-athlete academic performance and development.
• Assist with budgeting, travel, equipment, and related program needs.
• Coordinate camps and clinics and promote the program and university.
