Job summary

Cleary University in Howell, Michigan, seeks an Assistant Baseball Coach to support daily program operations and assist the Head Coach in team management, training, and academic oversight. The role contributes to the integrity and success of Cleary's NAIA athletics.

The successful candidate will help plan practices, recruit student-athletes, coordinate travel and equipment, and promote student-athlete academic achievement while representing the program with professionalism on and off the field.

Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience at collegiate, club, or high school level preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and travel.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be cleared to drive university vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive mentor, modeling integrity, accountability, and leadership.
• Any other duties assigned by the Athletic Administration.

ASSISTANT BASEBALL COACH

The Assistant Baseball Coach will support the daily operations of the Cleary University Baseball program.
