• Assist bakery operations in the retail store, including product preparation, baking, merchandising and presentation of bakery products.
• Oversee department operations in the absence of the Bakery Manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality and sanitary conditions.
• Comply with sanitation regulations and policies, maintain cleanliness of workstation.
