Albertsons Companies in Hawaii is seeking an Assistant Bakery Department Manager to lead daily bakery operations, uphold quality and presentation, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee a talented team, plan production based on sales trends, and execute merchandising plans to drive store performance.

In this role you will hire and train associates, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure food safety compliance in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability is required.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bakery Department operations, ensuring high standards for quality, freshness, presentation, and customer service

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot and cold temperature environments
