Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes Red Mill is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily bakery operations, coach the team, and ensure a welcoming guest experience while supporting the General Manager.

You will assist with scheduling, training, and shift execution, maintain cleanliness and product quality, and help manage labor and inventory to meet business goals. This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities within the franchise.

Our bakery at 2216 General Booth Boulevard is looking for a dependable, hands‑on Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, support the team, and deliver a strong guest experience while directly supporting the bakery's General Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily operations across FOH, BOH, and community events
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable
• Ensure a high-quality guest experience and strong team culture
• Assist with scheduling, training, and shift execution
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product quality
• Manage labor, inventory, and waste to meet business goals
• Support events, marketing, and community engagement efforts
• Ensure accurate cash handling and follow operational procedures
