A local bakery franchise is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to maintain an upbeat atmosphere and ensure customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will work closely with bakers and team members to promote a joyful work environment while supporting daily operations. Experience in the retail or foodservice sectors is preferred, as well as a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
