Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to help run a fast-paced, welcoming bakery. You will supervise the team, assist with production, and ensure every batch meets quality and presentation standards for our, fresh, daily assortment.

In this role you’ll manage shift schedules, train staff, uphold safety and cleanliness, handle customer service with a smile, and contribute to a positive, upbeat environment that supports growth and brand joy in the community.
