Nothing Bundt Cakes Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Baker to join our bakery team. You will support the Baker by preparing ingredients, following our proprietary recipes, and helping ensure consistent quality in every cake we produce.

You’ll work in a fast-paced bakery with a casual dress code and flexible schedules, enjoying cake discounts and opportunities to learn and grow with training on cake crafting and safety standards. Salary is starting with benefits eligibility after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Follows NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision.

Responsibilities

• Assists baker with daily baking and production flow and processes.
• Adheres to proper packaging, labeling and storage of baked cakes.
• Maintains baking and refrigeration logs.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation and assists baker to ensure all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.
