Nothing Bundt Cakes in Matthews, NC is looking for an Assistant Baker to join our bakery team. You will support cake production, prep ingredients, and ensure our guests enjoy consistently delicious products.

This role offers a friendly, casual environment where you learn the craft and grow with the brand. No prior formal bakery experience required; we provide training and opportunities to advance.

Dedicated to perfecting the craft, you are able to support the Bakery because you see beauty in raw ingredients and strive for consistency when you make our guests’ favorite recipes. You’ll make the cakes that make people’s days, so you’ll get to enjoy yours as well.

To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to make cakes for their friends and family. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more.
