Compensation

• Weekend premium pay of $2.50/hr for Saturdays & Sundays
• Starting pay up to $23.50/hr with annual merit raises, based on experience and performance

Job Duties

The Assistant Service Center Manager will assist the Service Center Manager in overseeing technicians and the service center. Responsibilities include:

• Resolving customer issues
• Providing technical assistance and training
• Supervising service center staff
• Performing technician duties as needed
• Ensuring safety and loss prevention policies are followed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferred automotive maintenance and supervisory experience
• Retail experience preferred
• Availability to work evenings and every other weekend
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Ability to attain ASE Certifications within one year
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it
• English language proficiency
• *Michigan Stores Only*: ASE certifications as specified for technician levels
