Job summary

The State of Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General for the Organized Crime Task Force in Oklahoma City, OK.

The OCTF investigates and prosecutes organized crime, including trafficking, money laundering, human trafficking, and fraud. The position requires a licensed Oklahoma attorney with at least 3 years of experience in criminal practice.

Salary range is $80,000 - $110,000, exempt, with regular full time status.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Oklahoma (or eligible to become licensed).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the practice of law.
• Experience prosecuting complex criminal cases is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Prosecute all stages of a criminal case.
• Provide guidance and legal opinions to OCTF agents regarding investigations.
• Staff incoming cases with other agencies presenting charges or information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with federal, state, and local law enforcement to encourage collaboration and ensure deconfliction.
• Present matters to the Multicounty Grand Jury when required.
