Qualificações

• Must be a member of the Massachusetts bar or eligible for admission and obtain Massachusetts Bar admission within one year of the start date.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in state criminal practice, including grand jury investigations, motion practice, and trials.
• Ability to handle a large and advanced caseload with substantial Superior Court experience.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and prosecute complex narcotics and firearms-related matters.
• Lead investigations with state and federal law enforcement partners and conduct extensive motions practice.
• Appear before District and Superior Courts for motions, pleas, and trials; manage civil forfeiture claims.
