Job Description

The Ohio Attorney General's Office seeks to fill multiple Assistant Attorney General positions in the Workers' Compensation Section, located in Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati. Candidates should ideally have at least two years of experience representing the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio in courts and appellate courts, including the Ohio Supreme Court. Candidates must be capable of managing a high-volume caseload. Responsibilities include case management, settlement negotiations, motion practice, discovery, court appearances, and administrative hearings. Skills in appellate brief writing and oral advocacy are advantageous. Positions offer a hybrid in-person/remote schedule, subject to change based on operational needs.

Qualifications
