This position will create experiences and design game elements that satisfy the evolving preferences of fans to ensure a successful event experience. The Assistant Athletics Director, Fan Experience will also be the primary point of contact for LSJUMB (Stanford’s band), Cheer, and other spirit groups. This is an onsite full-time, exempt position and will manage a staff comprising both full-time and part-time employees.

Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
Must possess and maintain a valid California non-commercial Class C Driver’s License.
