Job description

Summary of Position:
Milton Academy is seeking a part-time Assistant Athletic Trainer in the Upper School for the 2025-2027 academic years, working 20 to 30 hours per week.

This is a two-year position for sabbatical coverage starting August 2025. The position includes prevention, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of all athletic injuries and medical concerns and works closely with the head athletic trainer, strength and conditioning coach, team physician, school physicians, health center staff, athletic director, and coaches. Hours are generally 3-6 pm Monday-Friday, and Saturday for game coverage. Winter season will require additional night-time coverage for ice hockey practices.

Education/Certification/Licensure: NATABOC Certification, Massachusetts Allied Health Professional License, CPR/AED Certified, 1-3 Years Athletic Training experience with Master’s preferred.
