Job description

Essential Job Functions

This position reports to Senior Associate Athletic Director for Resources Enhancement. Lead athletic ticket operations and provides ticketing services to those sponsoring and attending athletic contests. Will develop new strategies to grow attendance in ticketed sports, including corporate group sales, season ticket strategies, and students. Assist with strategic marketing efforts of the department for all athletic ticketed events.

What You'll Do

Leads all ticket operations for department including management of software and lead for all customer communication. Confers with individual ticket account holders and event sponsors concerning ticket needs, prepares and supervises all ticket operations - solves problems, maintains control of money and tickets, prepares audit statements, hires event employees to help run box office operations. Create and implement marketing campaigns for ticket sales, and increasing event attendance. Special focus on season ticket holders and group corporate ticket nights. Develop initiatives to increase engagement with various campus units and student body for attendance. Develop and implement game promotional schedules and steward donors. Digital/static graphic design - Develop promotional graphic, posters, social media, billboards to help promote UW-Green Bay athletics and Develop graphics to assist with all athletics game marketing and promotions. Fundraising, Development, and Special Events - Coordinate with Development team/ Phoenix Fund and assist with athletics special events.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree at time of application
  • 2+ years experience working in intercollegiate athletics or similar industry in marketing, communications, sales or development.
  • Valid Driver's license upon employment
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign Suite and Photoshop

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in solicitation and relationship building
  • Experience working with ticketing software
