A leading collegiate athletics organization is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Fan Experience, responsible for enhancing the athletics brand and fan engagement. This role will manage marketing initiatives, oversee a dedicated team, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize the fan experience at events.
The Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Fan Experience is responsible for providing strategic leadership, vision, and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives that enhance the Ole Miss Athletics brand, increase attendance, drive ticket sales, and deliver a world-class fan experience. This position oversees a dynamic team of full-time staff and graduate assistants and collaborates closely with external and internal partners to elevate the profile of Ole Miss Athletics across all platforms.
Examples of Work Performed
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: (3) Three Years Experience including supervisory experience (in Athletic Administration or related field)
An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role. Substitutions of the required experience or education will be assessed on a 1:1 substitution basis.
Preferred Qualifications
• Five (5) years experience
• Proven experience in campaign development, game production, and digital strategy
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work non-traditional hours including weekends
