Job Title: Assistant Coach - Athletic Programs

Under general direction, assists with the management of competitive athletic programs, including conditioning, practices, recruiting, travel arrangements, and student managers.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Knowledge of specific sport concepts, strategies, and NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of physical conditioning techniques and weight training.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics.
  • Recruiting skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and human relations skills.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • Leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to assess athletic talent.
  • Ability to serve as a positive role model.
Required Licenses/Certifications:
  • CPR certification.
