Unit Mission Statement:The mission of the Raymond A. Position Summary:The Accounting Area at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary is seeking to fill a position.
This search is for either a full-time tenure-eligible position or for a visiting position which would be contingent upon funding.
The primary responsibilities of a tenure-eligible position, as well as those of a person seeking a visiting position, are research, teaching, and service. An earned doctoral degree (at time of appointment) in Accounting is required. Candidates who teach courses in any area of accounting are encouraged to apply.
The Accounting area offers an Accounting major in the undergraduate program, is active in multiple MBA programs, and offers both residential and online Master of Accounting programs. The Accounting Area includes 10 full-time faculty.

Preferred Qualifications:Candidates who can teach courses in financial accounting, managerial accounting, auditing, information systems and accounting analytics are especially encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to those willing and able to teach residentially and in online modalities.
