Job summary

Winston Resources, LLC is recruiting for an established ladies apparel company seeking an Assistant / Associate Designer to support the design team across product development, color approval, sample management, and design operations.

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented design professional, especially someone with experience in apparel design support, color management, sketching, and PLM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting apparel design and development teams.
• Ability to review and manage color submits, including lab dips, strike-offs, and bulk production materials.
• Proficiency with sketching, design sheets, and materials lists.
• Experience working in BeProduct PLM and managing sample and production color charts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate samples and milestone documentation.
