The Assistant Area Maintenance Manager supports our Kennedy Wilson owned communities. This role involves assisting the Area Maintenance Manager in overseeing technical and mechanical work across 3 or more communities with over 500 units, ensuring properties meet standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality, while also meeting financial and operational goals. Responsibilities include developing scopes of work, managing vendor relations, and analyzing property maintenance needs.
The hourly pay range is $33.00 - $35.00, with additional compensation factors and benefits including housing discounts, bonuses, health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), parental leave, and more.
