Assistant Apartment Maintenance Supervisor | MAA Canyon Creek

Join us as an Assistant Apartment Maintenance Supervisor at MAA Canyon Creek. We are offering a $1,500 Hiring Bonus.

The Assistant Apartment Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Senior Property Manager and works under the supervision of the Senior Service Manager. Your responsibilities include coordinating maintenance work orders, handling complex repairs, responding promptly to service requests, and leading on-site maintenance activities. You will also mentor and train maintenance staff, which may include painters and landscaping personnel.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED and 2-4 years of experience in multifamily property management or facility maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • HVAC experience required.
  • EPA Type II or EPA Universal license required.
  • For Florida locations, CAMT license required at hire or by the next licensing opportunity.
  • Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
