The Assistant Administrator 2 is responsible for performance of specialized and diversified administrative work within a specified organizational area, or to carry out assignments of hospital-wide scope. Some incumbents in the class may supervise one or more hospital units of a specialized nature embracing various hospital occupations, requiring decisions of an administrative nature in their operation. The incumbent will have a significant role in the administration or preparation of the departments or the organization's budget. Might be responsible to oversee area's process improvement and quality initiatives.
Generally, requires 5 to 7 years of related experience. Management experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
