Tradewater Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Assistant Administrator (Administrator-in-Training) to develop into a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Administrator and department heads to gain hands-on experience across facility operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Facility Administrator in daily operations.

Tradewater Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly motivated, emerging leader to join our team as an Assistant Administrator (Administrator-in-Training).This position is designed for individuals who aspire to become Licensed Nursing Home Administrators and want hands-on experience leading a skilled nursing facility.

This is not an internship. The Assistant Administrator serves as a member of the facility leadership team, working directly alongside the Administrator and department heads to gain practical experience in all areas of facility operations.

The successful candidate will participate in a structured leadership development program while actively pursuing Kentucky Long-Term Care Administrator licensure.

What You'll Do

Licensure Requirement

An active Nursing Home Administrator license is not required at the time of hire. Candidates selected for this position must actively pursue Kentucky Long-Term Care Administrator licensure and obtain licensure within twelve (12) months of employment. Continued participation in the program requires demonstrated progress toward meeting all licensure requirements.
