Job summary

Capital in the United States seeks a Teller who will be the face of the credit union, handling transactions and building relationships to improve members' financial well‑being.

You will meet daily, weekly and monthly targets, ensure compliant operations at the Agent Banking Centre, support customers per policy, promote financial literacy, and process applications from agents; fresh graduates and applicants up to 28 are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience; freshers encouraged.
• Age not more than 28 years. Banking/financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual targets daily, weekly and monthly as set by the department.
• Ensure smooth operation at Agent Banking Centre maintaining compliance.
• Follow up day-to-day activities and liaise with Head Office on instructions/circular/guideline.
• Build rapport with local customers to promote financial literacy.
• Provide proper service to each customer per bank policy.
• Collect and complete applications with required documents from agents.

• Achieve individual target on daily, weekly & monthly basis set by respective Department
• Ensure smooth business operation at Agent Banking Centre maintaining compliance
• Follow up day to day activities of Agent Banking Centre and being in touch with Head office regarding any instruction/circular/guideline
• Rapport build up with local potential customers to promote financial literacy
• Ensure proper service provided to each and every customers as par bank policy
• Collect and complete applications with all required documents from good and prospective Agent

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism or related field.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
