Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience in construction, real estate, or investment management accounting is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations for multiple entities.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and consolidated reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
