Position Summary: Account Manager

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate aboutlearning? As anAssistant Account Manager, you'll play a vital role insupporting our client service operations while developing the skills to advanceyour career within our organization. What You'll Do:

  1. Assist the AccountManagers and learn key responsibilities for career advancement
  2. Manage dailyadministrative tasks with precision and organization
  3. Process client requestsand handle documentation across multiple systems
  4. Create professionaldocuments including spreadsheets, forms, and correspondence
  5. Coordinate incoming andoutgoing mail, faxes, and courier packages
  6. Provide excellentcustomer service by answering phones and directing inquiries
  7. Collaborate with theaccounting team through accurate data entry
  8. Contribute to specialprojects and process improvements
  9. Maintainconfidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency in all tasks

What You Bring:

  1. High school diploma orequivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
  2. One year ofadministrative or office experience preferred
  3. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general tech-savviness
