MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Process certificates at the direction of the Account Manager
2. Follow up with carriers for receipt of endorsements
3. Review and process endorsements, invoicing where necessary and updating data management system with the changes made by the endorsement
4. Process final audits at the direction of the Account Manager
5. Order Loss Runs
6. Follow up with WCIRB for ex mod worksheets
7. After binding, update data management system with policy numbers, coverages to match those bound and invoice.
8. Order MVRs at the direction of the Account Manager
9. Check carrier sites for cancellations and notify clients when necessary
10. Maintain a courteous and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, carriers, and other business contacts
11. Regularly share knowledge and skills with others
12. Other projects as needed

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENTS

1. Remain informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverage, and technology
2. Expected to further industry education through courses with intent to pursue an industry designation
