Assistant Account Manager - Client Advisory Team

Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Account Manager responsible for assisting Account Managers with quoting and servicing personal lines accounts, following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quotes for new, renewal, and remarketing personal lines policies; coordinate account servicing under supervision.
  • Enter data into insurance company automation systems.
  • Support pre-renewal processes for Account Managers.
  • Handle correspondence, applications, transactional files, and input into agency management systems.
  • Create renewal transmittal letters and invoices.
  • Develop familiarity with all relevant forms and paperwork.
  • Implement quality control reviews to ensure high-quality work and customer service.
  • Understand the business and earnings implications of company operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
  • Experience servicing personal accounts in an insurance agency.
  • Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets.
  • Experience with automated agency management systems.
  • Active Massachusetts Producer license or ability to obtain within six months.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; team-oriented.
