We. Communications is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our Broadcast, Emerging Media & Storytelling team.

You will support integrated media campaigns, help cultivate journalist relationships, and contribute to impactful storytelling moments for brands like Microsoft, Intel, Volvo Cars, Mastercard, and Adobe. You’ll learn from experienced practitioners across broadcast and executive communications while developing your own voice and expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in integrated communications/PR, agency setting or high-tech industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with AI productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day execution of integrated media campaigns across channels.
• Monitor media trends and translate findings into client insights.
• Develop media lists, briefing materials, coverage reports, and recaps.
• Track earned media performance and craft pitches and talking points.
• Assist with media outreach and journalist relationships.
• Support event activations, product launches, and executive visibility opportunities.
• Provide timely monitoring around breaking news and cultural moments.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts and maintain project trackers.
