Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks an Assistant Account Executive for MSL’s Consumer practice in New York. The role supports PR plans, media coverage, and influencer campaigns while collaborating with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will contribute to creative writing, client calls, and program development, with strong emphasis on organization, analytics, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field required or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of proven PR experience preferred.
• Strong writing, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of PR plans and day-to-day activities.
• Assist with media coverage, monitoring, and digital/influencer campaigns.
• Participate in client calls, agendas, reports, and timelines.
• Create media materials including pitches, press releases, bios, and lists.
• Support budget trackers and internal administrative tasks.
