Assistant Account Executive, Business Leadership - Retail Experiences

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive (also called Assistant Associate) to support a high-profile client. This role involves assisting with project management and execution of client initiatives across brand and retail experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute projects for a globally recognized retailer
  • Schedule and document meetings, create FAQ documents, and manage events
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the strategy and measurement team to ensure timely reporting
  • Support the events team with contact sheets, production books, and schedules
  • Maintain composure under tight deadlines
  • Research industry trends and assist with program reporting
  • Develop knowledge of agency offerings, mission, and values
  • Support Momentum’s core values and duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing or account support preferred
  • College graduate or actively pursuing one
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good editing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
  • Effective collaborator with internal and external partners
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful, and solution-oriented
  • Professional demeanor and quick learner
Salary Range

$40,000 to $50,000, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
