Job summary

Target is seeking an Assets Protection Specialist to help protect guests, teammates and assets in a fast-paced store environment. The role focuses on preventing theft, delivering safe guest experiences, and following established AP procedures.

You will engage with guests, monitor surveillance, document incidents, and coordinate with store leadership to maintain a secure shopping experience. Eligibility for benefits and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights and holidays.
• Capable of independent work and collaboration with a team.
• Experience with safety, security or loss prevention is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.
