YOUR IMPACT

The Wealth Management Finance team is seeking an analytically-minded, creative, and energetic Analyst to join us. In this role, you will apply your analytical skills to drive financial processes across various businesses and regions within Wealth Management.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  1. Prepare business unit financial statements, analyzing revenues, expenses, and margins across Wealth Management businesses.
  2. Participate in budgeting and forecasting for all Wealth Management businesses.
  3. Develop financial projections and scenario analyses for new and existing products and businesses.
  4. Provide insights on business performance through reporting and analyzing historical P&L and balance sheet trends.
  5. Support internal and external disclosures by shaping the financial narrative of Wealth Management businesses.
  6. Improve management financial reporting efficiency through automation initiatives.
  7. Develop CCAR stress testing projection results.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred in accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within financial services.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and budgeting tools such as Essbase and Anaplan is preferable.
  • Excellent project management skills; self-driven with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to highlight broader commercial and strategic impacts.
  • Leadership qualities, motivation, and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders.

Salary Range

The base salary range for this position in New York, NY, is $75,000 to $125,000, plus potential discretionary bonuses based on performance.
