Impact of the Role: Equity Structuring seeks an analyst to work within the Single Stock Structuring team, focusing on equity derivative structuring and capital markets transactions.

Private Wealth Management (PWM):

We create tailored wealth management strategies for high net worth clients, offering investment advice, tax and estate planning, philanthropic services, and private banking.

Equity Structuring (EQS):

The EQS group provides bespoke equity solutions, including single stock hedging, monetization, and thematic investments via various vehicles like public equity, options, structured notes, and OTC derivatives.

The Single Stock Structuring team collaborates with clients holding concentrated stock positions to develop customized solutions considering their investment goals, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and tax considerations. The team works closely with internal and external advisors, especially around corporate events like IPOs and M&A, executing strategies through block trades, OTC derivatives, and other overlay strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Support the global team in marketing and structuring equity derivative and capital market transactions.
• Collaborate with private wealth advisors, trading desks, legal, risk, and credit teams.
• Create marketing materials and assist in client education.
• Maintain revenue records and organize trade documentation.
• Prepare market updates and client-facing materials.
• Contribute to platform development and technological enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial markets.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses required within three months of employment.
