Job Duties
- Support product and marketing teams to develop and execute research plans to analyze customer preferences, behaviors, and market activity to inform potential new products and features.
- Determine the incremental value generated via marketing campaigns and targeting tests of different customers.
- Synthesize insights from data analytics into key findings and actionable business items for leadership and stakeholders.
- Apply industry experience and analytical skills to drive analytics strategy, data infrastructure, and model development to enhance growth and engagement of Savings & CD products.
- Develop measurement frameworks and dashboards to track and improve KPIs and operational metrics, researching industry trends for benchmarking.
- Create customer segmentation frameworks to measure customer lifetime value with savings products.
- Analyze customer journeys across digital touchpoints and recommend improvements to customer experience.
- Evaluate and monitor A/B tests to support acquisition and retention strategies, demonstrating statistical significance.
- Build automated reporting tools and models to gain insights and collaborate with business partners for actionable outcomes.
- Leverage partnerships with technology and modeling teams to evaluate new data sources and analytical tools.
- Conduct multi-channel testing and analytics to support customer retention strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Two years of experience in a related role, including:
- Synthesizing and presenting insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Using programming languages such as Python, Java, C, Scala, Alteryx, C++, Presto.
- Developing data visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Working with large datasets and Big Data tools (SQL, Hadoop, etc.).
- Enhancing data processes within databases like Oracle, Sybase, Snowflake.
- Applying machine learning techniques for customer segmentation (regression, classification, clustering, NLP).
Salary Range
Annual base salary for this position in New York, NY ranges from $105,000 to $140,000.
