HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to obtain data in support of our corporate financial planning programs
  • Manage file processes for implementation and ongoing maintenance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meeting departmental quality standards
  • Prepare data for import into Salesforce by verifying what has been received, confirm the information is complete and up to date and format the data into a predetermined format to load into Salesforce
  • Ongoing support to our regional advisors and ambassador marketing team with updates within Salesforce to support our marketing and sales efforts
  • Adhere to established procedures to ensure accuracy and quality when processing and reviewing data
  • Effectively communicate progress and escalate risks and headwinds to more senior team members and/or management
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as our business areas and product management teams

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with major coursework in marketing or other business-related discipline
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the marketing and/or financial industry preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
  • Organizational skills and ability to act with a sense of urgency (will often be working under deadlines)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work, multi-task and handle last minute requests
  • Ability to work independently and with teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet Goldman Sachs Ayco's high work quality standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of data

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $55000-$75000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
