Fixed Income & Liquidity Solutions Overview

Within Public Investing, Fixed Income and Liquidity Solutions manage over $1.8 trillion* for private wealth and institutional clients, including insurance companies, pension funds, and endowments. The team invests across rates, currency, and credit strategies, creating investment ideas through collaboration among portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders.

Role Overview

The Securitized Investment team seeks a Portfolio Manager in Securitized Credit managing over $99 billion* in assets, with a focus on ABS, CMBS, CLO, and Non-Agency RMBS markets. Experience in analyzing, trading, and risk-taking in these sectors is preferred. The role involves supporting portfolio management and trading, with significant interaction with sell-side counterparties, operations, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate investment ideas through fundamental analysis in Securitized Credit, primarily ABS/CMBS.
• Assist in implementing investment views and sizing positions across portfolios.
• Conduct security and market surveillance.
• Develop and maintain trading relationships.
• Execute trades and monitor portfolio risk.
• Participate in cross-asset discussions within Securitized products.
• Collaborate with technology and strategy teams to enhance automation and data quality.
• Prepare reports for weekly strategy meetings.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Interest in fixed income and Securitized markets.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving passion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of investment management or sell-side experience.
• CFA study in progress.

Additional Information
