Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably within financial services, corporate marketing, or an agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Portfolio of designer's work as weblink or PDF is required.
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects or motion design experience strongly preferred.
• Figma: Advanced proficiency for layout design, prototyping, and component libraries.
• Microsoft Office: Advanced PowerPoint and Word to integrate design assets into templates.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision is required to handle complex financial data and regulatory disclosures.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Team Player: Strong communication and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Intake & Maintenance: Update, coordinate, and schedule Innovator ETF materials with channel and product marketing.
• Conceptualization & Ideation: Collaborate with marketing strategists to design campaigns, digital assets, and print collateral.
• Campaign Asset Creation: Design high-fidelity web banners, social media graphics, and email assets.
• Infographics: Translate financial data, market outlooks, and economic data into clean visuals.
• Motion design: Create short animated display ads or edit short talking-head videos.
• Template Management & Versioning: Update and maintain marketing collateral in monthly or quarterly cadence.
• Insights: Create header images and data visualizations for webpages.
• Presentation Support: Refine PowerPoint presentations with brand templates and typography.
• Event Branding & Environmental Design: Apply brand guidelines to stage backdrops, signage, and booth layouts.
